How Do I Place An Order?
Ordering is super easy! Once you see the item you wish to purchase, simply choose your desired size, color, etc and add it to your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out you will be taken to a secure Paypal site to complete your transaction. Your order will ship the same day if it is ordered before noon central standard time. Once the item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to see when you will get your lovely goodies!
Shipping
Southern Roots ships USPS. Upon completing your transaction, we will email you a tracking number once your item is shipped. We have found USPS is the most cost effective way to ship. BUT remember... If you desire a RUSHED shipment, we may be able to accomodate you. Please email us at hersouthernroots@gmail.com or call the store at (469) 314-1140.

Payment Options
We use Paypal to complete transactions on our site. It is very safe and secure and you do not have to have a Paypal account to order. You are able to check out as a guest. Paypal takes visa, mastercard, discover and american express.
Returns & Refunds
All returns must be returned within 14 days of our customers receiving their purchase unworn and in its original condition. Tags must be intact when returned. ALL RETURNS are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not give money back on any purchases of any kind. There are NO RETURNS on SALE ITEMS, JEWELRY or MONOGRAM/PERSONALIZATION.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees regarding the return. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. You are welcome to send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. We do recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label.
If the order is returned past the 14 day limit with out previously contacting us or it does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you without refund or store credit.
